Mondiale have over twenty years experience of designing, manufacturing and refurbishing heavy-duty augers & cutting heads for the construction industry. Augers are an essential component in various types of piling, used to create basement walls, stabilise ground or to provide a foundation for large structures.

Cutting Heads

Our in-house design team uses 3D and 4D modelling to design and manufacture auger cutting heads, this allows us to map cutting paths for wear parts to maximise efficiency. All features are fully customisable to suit the needs of the customer and their project.

 

Capacity

Augers can be made from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium or Hardox with flight thickness up to 30mm or more and with torque capacities up to 32Tm. Our largest augers are a huge 1200mm in diameter and 6 metres long, suitable for CFA piling. Flight thickness and pitch can be adjusted to meet the requirements of the application.

All our augers and heads are fabricated in-house by our highly experienced team of welders, from fully traceable materials.
